Role Overview

We're looking for innovative and results-driven individuals who are motivated to make an impact and help evolve the tech landscape at 360dialog. We are a bootstrapped company that has grown from hundreds to tens of thousands of customers over the past 4 years. We are now laying the foundations for the next phase of growth, focusing on code, mindset, approach, and people.

Requirements

Key Responsibilities :

The scope of the role — which we are actively defining — includes :

• Participating in analysis and system / software design, guiding teams, implementing solutions, and overseeing PRs to ensure reliable and scalable design iteratively.
• Rapidly reaching MVPs / prototypes to shorten feedback loops, aligning with stakeholders, and establishing scalable, reliable software foundations.
• Maintaining high code quality through PR reviews, best practices, quality gates, and security standards.
• Ensuring system reliability, scalability, and cost / performance efficiency by increasing code coverage (favoring end-to-end / integration tests over unit tests) and coordinating stress and performance testing.
• Supporting performance reviews of team members under supervision.

Key Requirements :

Most important qualities for this role include :

• Doing what makes sense — improving without causing new problems.
• Strong fundamentals in Cloud, networking, Unix, preferably Python and Go, and scalable systems.
• A proven track record of building and scaling products to thousands of users, with at least two referrals from co-founders or colleagues.
