We are seeking a highly customer-focused and detail-oriented Customer Care Specialist to champion the customer experience across our digital products, ensuring that every interaction aligns seamlessly with our company’s mission: making life easier for travelers.

Role Overview

As a Customer Care Specialist, you will play a key role in providing exceptional support to our customers and ensuring their needs are met efficiently and effectively. You will handle customer inquiries, resolve issues, and deliver personalized solutions while representing our brand with professionalism and empathy.

Your focus will be on providing timely responses, maintaining high customer satisfaction, and collaborating with internal teams to ensure a seamless experience from initial contact to resolution. You will also communicate customer feedback to relevant teams to drive product and service improvements.

Responsibilities
  1. Ensure customer satisfaction by providing professional support and understanding customer needs to recommend solutions.
  2. Engage with customers across various channels and provide information about our products and services.
  3. Take initiative to enhance customer engagement and satisfaction.
  4. Provide information about coverage and pricing to prospective customers.
  5. Respond promptly to customer inquiries.
  6. Offer feedback on customer service tools, emerging customer needs, and website/app improvements to management.
  7. Liaise with other departments and support their functions.
  8. Claims Support: Collect customer information to open claims with insurance providers, follow up on cases, and resolve claims, doubts, and incidents.
Requirements
  • Bilingual: Native-level Spanish skills required; English is a plus.
  • At least 3 years of experience in a similar remote customer care role in the travel and/or insurance industry.
  • Ability to multitask across email, chat, and voice channels.
  • Medium-level computer skills.
  • Excellent verbal and non-verbal communication skills.
  • Friendly, helpful attitude, and willingness to assist others.
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
  • Critical thinking and problem-solving skills.
Schedule & Location

Full-time, 37.5 hours/week, Monday to Friday. 100% remote, with an optional office location near Torre Agbar in Barcelona.
