Job Description

Lead AI adoption and transformation initiatives across EMEA using Oracle's AI portfolio. Develop solution blueprints, drive technical implementation, and contribute to AI revenue growth. This is a fully remote position with regional travel requirements.

Key Responsibilities

1. Serve as a technical SME for AI solution architecture and implementation.
2. Create and maintain AI solution blueprints aligned with business outcomes.
3. Assess customer AI readiness through technical evaluations.
4. Develop AI implementation roadmaps and validate architectural designs.
5. Lead AI architecture workshops and technical discovery sessions.
6. Coordinate cross-functional technical activities.
7. Support implementation teams and ensure adherence to architectural standards.
8. Document solutions, lessons learned, and reusable patterns.
9. Stay updated on AI trends, technologies, and the competitive landscape.

Required Skills and Experience

1. 5-10 years of AI architectural experience.
2. 3+ years of hands-on AI technology expertise.
3. Extensive enterprise architecture experience focusing on AI/ML solutions.
4. Deep understanding of AI technologies and implementation methodologies.
5. Ability to translate business requirements into technical solutions.
6. Experience designing complex enterprise solutions.
7. Proven collaboration and stakeholder management skills.
8. Familiarity with Oracle's AI portfolio or similar technologies.
