Responsibilities:

  • Manage client relationships and own target and sales strategies.
  • Act as a liaison between key customers and internal stakeholders to meet account performance goals.
  • Negotiate agreements, contracts, overrides, SLAs, incentives, and marketing campaigns with partners.
  • Deliver results, strategic insights, and a deep understanding of the business to partners.
  • Monitor strategies and initiatives, and conduct quarterly, monthly reviews, calls, and presentations.
  • Identify new revenue opportunities and prioritize business cases.
  • Suggest solutions and innovative ideas to meet client needs.
  • Create reports and analyze data to identify business opportunities.
  • Be willing to travel quarterly for trade shows, conferences, or sales calls.
  • Report to the Director of Sales.

Position requirements:

  • Strong understanding of the travel industry, wholesale concepts, and basic API/XML knowledge.
  • Minimum of 5 years experience in B2B sales.
  • Excellent negotiation, communication, and organizational skills.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, multi-tasked environment.
  • Data-driven decision-making skills with analytical capabilities.
  • Established relationships with key partners such as bedbanks, OTAs, TOs, and TAs.
  • Excellent problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to influence and drive action at senior levels internally and with clients.
  • Based in Spain with the ability to work from home.
