JOB DESCRIPTION

We are hiring a Supervisor (40 hr) in our Armani store in C.C Madrid Río to be responsible for the daily on-site supervision of the sales team ensuring a great customer experience.

PURPOSE

As a member of the management team, you will report to our Store Manager supporting the store in maximizing the sales and service performance by leading from the front and being a role model to the team. You will use your knowledge and the product itself to drive the sales team and deliver a world-class service every time.

RESPONSIBILITIES

  1. Provide support and encouragement to the sales team to ensure they and the store meet daily, weekly, and monthly store targets.
  2. Maximize sales opportunities and deliver a world-class service every time.
  3. Carry out any reasonable requests made by the management to ensure the smooth and efficient running of the store.
  4. Support management in providing coaching sessions for the team to aid their development in luxury service.
  5. Follow grooming guidelines and wear the correct season uniform at all times.

DAILY OPERATIONS

  1. Assist management in the seamless operation of the daily running of the store by completing daily planners, setting individual targets, assigning lunch breaks, and ensuring there is optimal floor coverage.
  2. Ensure the team complies with the company's timekeeping and attendance expectations.
  3. Ensure accurate operations of the tills are carried out and follow company guidelines.
  4. Support management in stocktake preparations and maintain a good understanding of the process from an Operations and Loss Prevention point of view.
  5. Understand and achieve your sales targets, productivity, ATV, UPT, and mystery shopper results, to be reviewed and assessed by your line manager.

HOUSEKEEPING AND HEALTH & SAFETY

  1. Maintain the highest standards of housekeeping within the store, externally and internally, and ensure Health and Safety standards.
  2. Be aware of the store's security procedures and help protect the company's interests by bringing concerns to the attention of management to minimize theft possibilities.
