Position Summary :

This role involves leading teams to implement SAP S4 / HANA ERP solutions globally, including end-to-end implementations, upgrades, and module integrations. The candidate must have excellent communication skills, a results-driven approach, and the ability to manage multiple projects. It is a hands-on project management position involving all project phases : design, development, deployment, and maintenance.

Responsibilities :

• Manage, deliver, and support ERP implementations, designing and implementing business and technology solutions.
• Handle project risks, planning, budgeting, and stakeholder buy-in at all levels.
• Coordinate daily interactions with business management and sponsors.
• Lead and mentor project teams and consultants.
• Ensure project governance and process standardization for SAP at Flowserve.

Candidate Profile :

• 10+ years in IT management, project management, or related roles.
• 7+ years SAP ERP implementation experience, including 3+ years in manufacturing environments.
• Experience managing full project lifecycles and SAP methodologies.
• Strong communication skills, especially with non-technical personnel.
• Degree in Information Systems, Business, Engineering, or related field.
• Excellent organizational, leadership, and change management skills.

Preferred Qualifications :

• Experience as a business user and supporting multiple ERPs.
• Experience in multinational, multicultural settings and managing offshore teams.

Additional Information :
