Formación

• Strong IT technical expertise (min. 10 years) mainly in SAP area.

• Ability to understand end-to-end technical flows.

At Gracia101, we are looking for an experienced SAP FICO professional to join one of our clients, a leading multinational in the personal care and fragrance industry. This role will be responsible for the management, implementation, and continuous improvement of the IT Finance ecosystem, ensuring seamless integration and optimal performance of all finance-related solutions.

Responsibilities

• Oversee and manage all IT Finance solutions from a technical perspective, ensuring stability and efficiency.
• Handle and enhance Central Finance (CFIN) system solutions, including AVL, SLT, and FICO replications, while understanding their impact on Master and Transactional Data.
• Lead SAP ABAP-related changes, coordinating with offshore teams for development and enhancements.
• Supervise projects affecting SAP FICO ECC and S / 4HANA, including tables, roles, CDS views, as well as database archiving and monitoring.
• Manage the full Finance IT ecosystem, covering both SAP and non-SAP applications, including upgrades, system refreshes, and new implementations.
• Design and optimize FICO interface solutions and their connectivity within the broader IT landscape.

You bring

• Strong IT technical expertise (min. 10 years) mainly in SAP area. Experience in almost all following : CFIN / S4HANA / ECC / SLT / AVL / CDS views. Large experience in managing technical solutions through ABAP, Roles, Interfaces, Connectivity and ddbb. Nice to have knowledge of SD / COPA / PC.
• Ability to understand end-to-end technical flows to propose improvements in each component.
• Strong and effective communication skills, and ability to work with off-shore teams. Proactivity and commitment for the day-to-day deliveries.
• Senior stakeholder management at global and regional level.
• Management skills where you can prepare / lead follow-up sessions, KPIs, and technical committees.
