Formación

• Strong background in SAP solutions and issue resolution.
• Proficiency in monitoring and understanding SAP business processes.

As a digital accelerator, we help companies step into the future! Currently, we are looking for an SAP Junior Consultant in Sales & Logistics Execution. What will you be doing?

1. Be the first line support for the business on all aspects of the SAP solutions, including triaging issues, resolving issues, and escalating issues to the key resolver groups.
2. Manage the incident and request process, ensuring calls are resolved in an appropriate time according to their priority and service level agreements.
3. Act as a key liaison between business key users and the technology team for investigating, analyzing, and implementing SAP business solution fixes and changes.
4. Investigate issues from a technical perspective using standard SAP tools to identify root causes and support resolution.
5. Monitor key technical aspects of the SAP solution, including integration across SAP systems and with external non-SAP systems.
6. Monitor key SAP business processes to ensure compliance and collaborate with the Global Process Owner to drive adoption and improvements.

Strong background in monitoring, understanding, and resolving issues in the following SAP areas:

• I-Docs
• B-Docs
• Batch jobs
• Interfaces to external third-party systems via SAP PI or similar tools
• Strong SAP functional knowledge in Sales and Distribution (SD), Materials Management (MM), and Finance (FI)
• Strong analytical skills
• Proficiency in English
• Willingness to travel (EMEA)
