Job Title: System Support Technician

Our end-to-end approach covers the entire service cycle, from meticulous validation and ongoing maintenance to effective obsolescence management.

Job Description

We are looking for a System Support Technician to join the Computer Systems Maintenance team at our offices in Barcelona. The role involves:

1. Managing network infrastructure.
2. Maintaining configuration management infrastructure (SVN, Github).
3. Managing SQL Server databases.
4. Resolving server incidents.
5. Resolving network incidents (firewalls).
6. Assembling, installing, and configuring PCs.
7. Managing the office fleet of PCs and laptops.
8. Handling server hardware.
9. Possessing knowledge of Linux and Windows operating systems.
10. Having knowledge of SQL Server and scripting.
11. Managing network infrastructure components such as switches and firewalls.
12. Using Github for version control.
13. Good command of English.
14. Experience with monitoring tools like Zabbix is a plus.

Position Details

This is a full-time position with a permanent contract. You will participate in highly advanced technological projects around the world.
