Team Lead Applications / Process Supervisor / Manager Quality Assurance (local)

Responsibilities include:

1. Execution of routine tests and productions on seed and plant material, following regulations, protocols, directions, and instructions to establish product quality data or support research programs.
2. Independently execute and assess routine tests and productions, including administrative processing.
3. Read, understand, interpret, and apply protocols for tests and productions, and signal errors.
4. Plan daily activities, including those of lower-level technicians when appropriate.
5. Induct and guide lower-level technicians and interns if applicable.
6. Budget: Proficient in local language and English, both written and verbal.
7. Occasional work under time pressure.
