A leading company in the food industry is seeking a Junior Quality & Food Safety Technician to join their Quality Assurance team. This role offers an excellent opportunity for recent graduates or early-career professionals to develop in a fast-paced, multicultural environment. Responsibilities include managing product quality complaints, monitoring non-conformities, and coordinating technical documentation. Ideal candidates will have a Bachelor's degree in Food Science or related fields, along with strong communication and teamwork skills.

Formación

• 1–2 years in quality or food safety (internships included).
• Experience dealing with international suppliers is a plus.

About the role

At Iberconseil , part of the Global Dairy Ventures (GDV) group, we're looking for a Junior Quality & Food Safety Technician to join our growing Quality Assurance team. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone at the beginning of their career who wants to work in a fast-paced, multicultural environment and develop professionally within the food industry.

Your responsibilities

• Manage customer complaints and incidents related to product quality.
• Monitor and resolve non-conformities during goods reception and transport.
• Coordinate technical documentation : analyses, HACCP files, certifications.
• Create and maintain records in the product quality database.
• Support the Quality and Purchasing departments with admin tasks.
• Manage technical platforms for client and internal use.

What we’re looking for

Education :

• Bachelor’s degree in Food Science, Food Technology, or related field.

Experience :

• 1–2 years in quality or food safety (internships included).
• Experience dealing with international suppliers is a plus.

Technical skills :

• Good knowledge of HACCP, GMP, and food safety standards.
• Ability to manage complaints and non-conformities.
• Comfortable with databases and technical documentation tools.
• Familiarity with food safety platforms is a bonus.
• Detail-oriented and highly organized.
• Excellent communication and teamwork abilities.
• Eager to learn, proactive, and solutions-oriented.

Languages :

• English and / or French (advanced or bilingual level).
• Other languages are a plus.

Bonus points for :

• Audit experience (internal or third-party : BRC, IFS, etc.)
