Marketing Manager - German speaker (f / m / d)

The Marketing Manager will be responsible for leading and managing Awin’s DACH advertising, acquisition, PR, and events strategy to drive qualified leads into the Sales function. They will also oversee marketing activities in Eastern Europe and Nordics (secondary regions). The role focuses on increasing Awin’s brand presence through channels such as communications, paid advertising, content, email, sponsorship, events, and social media.

As a key member of the Global Marketing team, this role reports to the European Marketing Lead and collaborates with stakeholders across Sales, Product, Client Services, and global Marketing functions to ensure alignment.

Responsibilities include:

  1. Supporting regional stakeholders in planning and executing local marketing initiatives aligned with business objectives.
  2. Collaborating with the New Business team to identify, plan, and execute marketing opportunities, and reporting on their performance.
  3. Assisting the Global Marketing team in producing and executing global campaigns.
  4. Planning and delivering paid advertising activities.
  5. Managing relationships with the DACH PR agency and sourcing speaking and editorial opportunities.
  6. Developing regional event strategies and supporting event execution.
  7. Creating, editing, and translating content to enhance brand awareness and positioning.
  8. Managing regional social media channels in coordination with the global Social Media and Community Manager.
  9. Working with SEO, SEA, and Paid Social teams to plan and execute activities.
  10. Collaborating with Digital Marketing to monitor website engagement and lead opportunities.
  11. Partnering with the CRM team to plan and send email campaigns.

Minimum requirements include:

  • At least 4 years of relevant marketing experience.
  • Fluent written and spoken English.
  • Proven ability to adapt global strategies to the DACH market.
  • Excellent copywriting skills and attention to detail.
  • A proactive approach to developing and implementing marketing strategies.
