You Are : A dynamic Cybersecurity Presales Solution Architect looking for a growth opportunity.

The Opportunity :

We're on the hunt for a candidate in Spain & LATAM to shape our solutions and service definitions. You will work closely with the global sales team and service leaders to personalize service offerings to meet customer requirements and address complex cybersecurity challenges.

Additionally, you will drive CyberProof’s response to solution requests including RFPs / RFIs by understanding customers’ requirements and technical specifications.

You will also collaborate with CyberProof’s partner ecosystem (Google / Microsoft) to provide technologies and innovative service capabilities to enhance customers’ Cyber Defence functions.

Main Tasks and responsibilities :

  1. Provide technical guidance in security solutions development, working with Service Owners & product development teams.
  2. Drive service definitions & positioning with marketing, senior management, and the executive team.
  3. Support cybersecurity solution development initiatives, including customer studies, whitepapers, and solution documents.
  4. Review and assess new technology partnerships for integration into service offerings.
  5. Review technical requirements of RFPs / RFIs / RFQs and develop responses with relevant stakeholders.
  6. Design and document security solutions to meet customer needs, leveraging industry expertise.
  7. Plan and manage RFP / RFI responses, adhering to deadlines.
  8. Present solutions and proposals to clients or stakeholders as needed.
  9. Collaborate with partners for responses, solutions, and pricing.
  10. Assist in drafting SOWs, security architectures, and detailed solution designs.
  11. Work with Service Delivery during onboarding and provide technical knowledge transfer.

What do we expect from you?

  • Extensive experience from cybersecurity companies, global systems integrators, or managed service providers.
  • Deep knowledge of cybersecurity architecture, SOC, SIEM, Threat Intelligence/Hunting, Endpoint & Cloud Security.
  • Proven success in partnering with IT and Security executives on security strategies.
  • Educational background in relevant fields, with certifications like CISSP, CISA / M, CIPP / CIPM / CIPT.
  • Fluent in English.

  • Minimum 8 years’ experience in solutioning / presales at the enterprise level.
  • Experience with cybersecurity services and solutions.
  • Ability to guide technical discovery and negotiate with C-level executives.
  • Strong technical and business acumen.
