Job Specification

• Monitor and control the periodic or one-off compliance by the borrower of all obligations, actions, and milestones set forth in the financing agreements;
• Set up new transactions using our Agency Management Monitoring Tool;
• Manage and coordinate KYC requirements for all lenders and borrowers for new transactions;
• Manage and coordinate amendments or waiver processes until resolution;
• Ensure client responsibilities are managed effectively, adhering to best practices, regulatory, and statutory deadlines;
• Assist lenders in decision-making processes related to the financing;
• Coordinate and manage communication among borrowers, lenders, obligors, and advisers;
• Participate in meetings and conference calls for daily agency management;
• Manage and coordinate loan transfers between existing and new lenders;
• Handle ad hoc distributions;
• Coordinate agency duties with the Loans Administration and Business Development departments, supporting when required.

Skills Required

• Recent graduates in Law, Economics, or ADE;
• Excellent attitude, quick learner, proficient team player;
• Attention to detail, willing to go the extra mile;
• Syndicated Loan experience is a plus;
• Experience with Intralinks/Debtdomain or similar tools is an advantage;
• Fluent Spanish and C2 English; French and/or German is a plus;
• Excellent communication and professionalism;
• Ability to work under pressure, prioritize tasks;
• Proactive, able to multitask;
• Strong work ethic, 'cando' mindset, willingness to learn.
