Job Description:

This is a temporary position due to maternity leave

Key Functions

1. Supports IESE’s activities design and planning for programs and events as requested.
2. Leads and manages site selection, booking, logistics, catering arrangements, and coordinates speakers and participants.
3. Searches, contacts, contracts, and manages external suppliers to ensure event readiness.
4. Attends participants during events to ensure smooth flow.
5. Reports to the Manager and Business Partner on preparation status and manages budget, communicating deviations.
6. Works with the Program Director to select and assign suitable specialists based on program needs.
7. Supports the team in identifying development needs related to her/his expertise.
8. Conducts post-event activities, including creating event materials such as photostory videos, in collaboration with others.
