Omega CRM, a Merkle & Dentsu company with over 20 years of experience in technology-driven marketing and customer experience services, is seeking a Client Lead. This role focuses on developing customer interactions throughout their Customer Journey Map to enhance satisfaction and loyalty.

The Client Lead manages client interactions, leveraging experience in sales, lead generation, relationship building, and deal closing. They set sales targets, analyze performance data, and forecast future results to achieve company goals. They also collaborate with project managers (PMs) to ensure project success, addressing potential gaps and proposing solutions.

Key responsibilities include:

  1. Offering continuous value to existing clients and leading consultancy sessions for future needs.
  2. Managing negotiations, preparing, and presenting commercial offers, and communicating with clients during presales.
  3. Sharing sales strategies, objectives, and digital transformation roadmaps with PMs.
  4. Collaborating with PMs/DMs during project execution, attending progress meetings, and resolving issues.
  5. Managing scope changes and monitoring project progress, budgets, and timelines.
  6. Identifying up-selling and cross-selling opportunities and conducting project retrospectives.
  7. Engaging in client satisfaction surveys and success story documentation.
  8. Understanding team members' skills and motivations, assisting in team allocation, and communicating staffing needs.
  9. Contributing to project delivery, risk management, and deadline adherence.

Experience and Skills:

  • Experience with Salesforce ecosystem.
  • Minimum of 6 years in business/technology consulting.
  • Previous project management experience.
  • Experience in international projects.
  • Proficiency in English; additional European languages are a plus.
