Contract Type: Temporary contract – 18 months

Job Purpose

The Talent Acquisition Coordinator will oversee administrative tasks within the selection process. This includes managing the psychometric testing platform, organizing interviews, updating systems, and processing candidate expense reimbursements. Additionally, the person will assist with various projects and event organization as needed.

JOB DIMENSIONS & SCOPE

The Talent Acquisition Intern will operate with a high degree of independence supporting a team of Talent Acquisition Specialists and reporting to the Talent Acquisition Manager. Talent Acquisition’s customers are dispersed across the EMEA and therefore working in this team means to connect virtually, build and maintain virtual relationships with internal customers and candidates.

Principal Accountabilities

Psychometric tests platform management:

  • Set up the SHL platform and create the required tests
  • Provide details and support to candidates and hiring managers
  • Manage the deadlines and download reports for Talent Acquisition Specialists

Interviews organization:

  • Arrange interview logistics between internal customers and candidates in a timely and cost effective manner
  • Schedule interviews, either face-to-face or virtual, at any location within EMEA.
  • Collect feedback on the selection process from candidates and internal customers (download survey reports from the system)

Candidate Travel Expense Coordinator:

  • Gather candidate’s reimbursement requests and manage candidate expense reimbursement
  • Ensure candidates are paid timely and in line with company guidelines
  • Identify, recommend and implement process improvements in this area

MAJOR CHALLENGES & COMPLEXITIES

  • Influence internal customers to maintain discipline and expedite the selection process.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders and candidates in a remote environment.
  • Operate with a high level of ownership and autonomy due to having a remote immediate manager.
  • Address and resolve day-to-day issues, such as last-minute interview cancellations, lack of interviewers' availability, and pending travel reimbursements.

What You Bring

  • 1–2 years in a talent acquisition or HR, TA coordinator role
  • BA degree in HR or related field (preferred)
  • Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills
  • Proficiency in English (other European languages a plus)
  • Ability to work independently and remotely
  • Tech-savvy and confident handling data and platforms
