Organize and own the pre- and post-event processes, including outreach and follow-up. Coordinate logistics, speaker management and sponsorship fulfillment for third-party events. Own the sponsorship sales and partnerships for Flink Forward. Collaborate closely with Sales and Sales Operations to ensure seamless lead capture, scoring, and nurturing post-event. • Account-Based Field Activities

Collaborating with sales and the rest of Marketing to craft and deploy account- or vertical-specific marketing tactics, such as executive dinners, VIP events, Customer Advisory Boards or co-branded content for high-value target accounts.

Work cross-functionally with our Communications and Design functions to ensure alignment and consistency of event messaging across all channels. Implement robust quality assurance measures to maintain a high communication standard, free from errors.

  • Performance Measurement and Optimization
