Job Description

We are seeking a vibrant, high-energy Business Development Representative at Shiji. The ideal candidate will have experience making phone calls, be comfortable with technology, and be motivated by engaging with prospects and clients while managing relationships. We offer a strong career development plan based on performance. This position will focus on promoting the Reviewpro product and its features.

Main Responsibilities

  • Collaborate with the Sales Manager to develop a business plan for identifying new opportunities, scheduling online demos, and qualifying leads to maintain a healthy sales pipeline.
  • Meet targets for outbound calls to prospects to qualify and convert new business, fulfilling monthly quotas.
  • Generate sales primarily through cold and warm calling current customers and prospects.
  • Maintain and develop relationships with existing customers via phone, email, and LinkedIn.
  • Respond promptly to incoming email and phone inquiries.
  • Keep CRM data accurate and up-to-date.

Qualifications

  • Native or professional proficiency in both English and Italian.
  • 1-2 years of sales experience.
  • Results-oriented, proactive, persistent, and motivated by sales success.
  • Excellent communication skills with the ability to quickly build rapport over the phone.
  • Positive attitude, team player, good time management, and ability to work under pressure.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office tools.

Desired Skills and Experience

  • Hospitality industry experience is a plus.
  • Additional languages are a plus.
  • Familiarity with Zoho CRM is a plus.
