ABOUT THE SR. SALESFORCE ENGINEER ROLE AND OUR TEAM :

The ideal candidate will be self-motivated with exceptional organizational, written, and verbal communication skills. They must use interpersonal skills to communicate effectively with both technical and non-technical partners within the organization. The candidate should have a solid understanding of best practices for the software development lifecycle and thrive in a highly dynamic environment. The right candidate is smart, detail-oriented, productive, and effective both as an individual contributor and as a team member.

As part of a high-performing team tackling big challenges daily, you will be engaged in solving core issues impacting our end users and driving company revenue. You will collaborate with various groups across the company to innovate and deliver products that influence all lines of business.

RESPONSIBILITIES :

1. Develop, configure, and maintain Salesforce CRM.
2. Configure and create new custom objects and processes.
3. Develop triggers and flows.
4. Build Visualforce pages and APEX code.
5. Implement and maintain our SOA services.
6. Maintain our distributed and diverse environment.
7. Write code focused on performance, memory efficiency, scalability, readability, maintainability, and security.
8. Collaborate with Product Managers, Project Managers, and BSAs to deliver quality products.

SKILLS & EXPERIENCE :

1. 5+ years of professional Salesforce development experience.
2. 3+ years experience with Object-Oriented Programming (OOP).
3. 2+ years experience with Force.com development (APEX, Visualforce, Triggers, Flows).
4. Experience with Salesforce CPQ, Salesforce Voice, Docusign, Netsuite, Pardot, RingLead, or Copado (SF DevOps) is a plus.
5. A pragmatic programmer who values user experience and goes the extra mile.
6. Experience with TDD, agile development principles, and JIRA is a plus.
7. B.S. in Computer Science or a related field.
