Your profile

Minimum 2 years experience in account management or customer success is preferred.

Advanced Excel skills

Excellent communication skills—eloquent and capable of establishing strong relationships with property partners.

Empathetic and understanding, able to advocate effectively for Spotahome’s partners.

Customer obsession

Entrepreneurial mindset with strong verbal and communication skills; able to articulate value propositions to stakeholders.

Your mission

Serve as the primary contact for key property partners, maintaining strong relationships.

Optimize partner portfolios to maximize listings and property availability.

Track, analyze, and report portfolio performance.

Identify inefficiencies, advise on solutions, and suggest improvements to maximize bookings.

Manage account matters such as listings, availability, payments, and issues promptly.
