Job Description:

The opportunity

As a member of our team in GDS office in Malaga, Spain, you’ll have a chance to extend your knowledge & experience by working on the most interesting projects with the newest technologies and approaches. You’ll support clients in choosing the most suitable business solution and take part in digital transformation.

Your key responsibilities

As a Senior IT Auditor, you will contribute technically to Risk Assurance client projects and internal projects. An important part of your role will be to actively establish, maintain, and strengthen internal and external relationships. You will also identify potential business opportunities and risks within projects and share any issues with senior team members. In line with EY GDS commitment to quality, you will perform high-quality work.

Responsibilities include:

• Assisting in IT application security assessments (IT Application Controls, IT General Controls, Segregation of duties analysis).
• Defining and performing IT Audit procedures to assess the controls environment.
• Performing IT testing on technologies such as ERP SAP, Oracle, MS-Dynamics, Cloud Security, Database Security, SOx audits, and others.

Skills and attributes for success

This position requires a team player with solid communication skills, energetic, and adaptable to new situations.

• 3-6 years of experience in business analysis, reporting, risk management, IT audit.
• Experience in IT Audit, control, and Software Quality Assurance.
• High integrity and confidentiality standards.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

To qualify for the role, you must have

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Computer Science, or similar.
• Good organizational and analytical skills.
• Proficiency in MS Office Suite.
• Experience with ETL Data and Database analysis.
• Data analytics knowledge.
• Fluency in Spanish or other European language.

Ideally, you’ll also have

• Fluency in additional European languages such as German, French, Dutch, Portuguese, or Italian.
• Experience in international environments.
• Knowledge of SAP projects.
• Certifications like ITIL, SQA, or IT audit.
• Customer Experience skills.
