Required Experience:
  • Statistical data management: PCA, Factor Analysis, data augmentation, data filtering
  • Machine Learning algorithms for regression, classification, and clustering: Decision Trees, Random Forests, Support Vector Machines (SVM), k-nearest neighbors (k-NNs), k-means, Hierarchical Clustering
  • Deep Learning models: Feed Forward Networks (FFNs), Convolutional Neural Networks (CNNs), Recurrent Neural Networks (RNNs), Transformers
  • Supervised / Unsupervised Learning
  • Python for AI: Numpy, Scikit-Learn, PyTorch, TensorFlow
Additional Useful Experience:
  • AI for Computer Vision: OpenCV, segmentation, object detection and classification (YOLO)
  • AI for Robotic Systems: Prediction, Planning, Perception, State Estimation, SLAM, Learning by Demonstration, Kinematics, Human-Robot Interaction
  • Reinforcement Learning (RL) algorithms: Deep Q-Learning, Policy Gradients, Actor-Critic algorithms
  • Generative Models: Diffusion Models, GANs, VAEs, Transformer Networks, MCMC
  • Natural Language Processing: Large Language Models (LLMs)
  • Experience in C++
