Omega CRM is a Merkle & Dentsu company, leader in development of Customer Experience services, with over 20 years of experience in technology applied to marketing and customer relationship management. We are seeking a Veeva CRM Project Manager.

Responsibilities:
  1. Support pre-sales activities including solution design, estimation, planning, and assumptions; communicate client vision and expectations to the project team.
  2. Assign and supervise team tasks, managing resources and absences.
  3. Manage project progress to meet deadlines, scope, and budget.
  4. Handle change requests, informing all stakeholders of impacts.
  5. Provide project updates to clients and Customer Success Managers; lead follow-up meetings and steering committees.
  6. Alert management of deviations; establish communication and risk mitigation plans.
  7. Monitor project documentation and ensure quality standards are met.
  8. Lead project demos and issue resolution during implementation.
  9. Maintain client relationships and ensure satisfaction.
  10. Evaluate project success and areas for improvement post-completion.
  11. Send customer satisfaction surveys.
  12. Identify upselling and cross-selling opportunities.
  13. Lead team retrospectives and suggest internal improvements.
  14. Participate in team development, training, and supervision to enhance skills.
Experience Needed:
  • At least 5 years in project management roles.
  • Minimum 3 years in end-to-end CRM implementations.
  • Experience with agile methodologies (SCRUM, Jira, etc.).
  • Experience in CRM and marketing automation projects in the pharma sector, including lifecycle management and digital ecosystem integration.
  • Proficiency with tools such as Veeva, Salesforce Platform, Salesforce Marketing Cloud.
  • Experience with data integration (master and transactional data).
  • Advanced level of English.
