We are an innovative mortgage solutions company catering to both resident and non-resident profiles looking to acquire a mortgage for property in Spain. We operate under two distinct brands to better address the unique needs of our clients.

Role Overview

Your main responsibility is to accelerate top-of-the-funnel growth by acquiring new partners who can consistently generate and share high-quality mortgage leads. You will play a critical role in expanding our partner network, maximizing lead flow, and ultimately driving business growth.

Responsibilities
  1. Partner Acquisition & Expansion: Identify, engage, and onboard new collaborators (real estate agencies, financial advisors, and other key stakeholders) who can generate mortgage leads.
  2. Strategic Outreach & Prospecting: Actively research and contact potential partners via cold calls, emails, networking events, and social selling.
  3. Sales-Driven Execution: Set ambitious acquisition goals, track performance, and strive to exceed targets.
  4. Market Insights & Optimization: Analyze performance data and industry trends to refine strategies and improve lead acquisition efforts.
