Job Description :

Our client is a rapidly growing company in the mobility sector, specializing in advanced embedded systems and electronics solutions. Your responsibilities will include :

• As a Software Engineering Manager, you will play a key role in the development and optimization of embedded electronic systems.
• Lead the design, development, testing, integration, and maintenance of high-quality embedded firmware for next-generation mobility products.
• Manage and mentor a team of engineers, ensuring continuous skills development and technical excellence.
• Collaborate closely with cross-functional R&D teams, including electronics, mechanics, and hardware.
• Drive improvements in firmware development using best practices such as unit testing and Agile methodologies.
• Ensure project timelines and deliverables align with business objectives.
• Operate in a fast-paced and diverse development environment.

Requirements :

• Relevant higher degree in Electrical Engineering, Embedded Systems, or related field.
• 5+ years of experience in people management, with a proven ability to lead and mentor engineers.
• 12+ years of experience in bare-metal programming with C (at least 3-5 years in the automotive sector).
• Strong knowledge of ARM architecture and embedded system hardware peripheral blocks.
• Experience with communication protocols such as GPIO, ADC, DMA, UART, SPI, I2C, and CAN Bus.
• Proficiency in debugging with logic analyzers and oscilloscopes.
• Ability to work independently with a results-driven mindset.
• Strong communication and teamwork skills.

Nice to Have :

• Experience programming Cypress PSoC microcontrollers.
• Familiarity with Git / GitHub for source control.
• Knowledge of C++, C#, and Python for additional software development tasks.
