We are seeking a Project Delivery Lead (or Product Delivery Coordinator) to ensure smooth execution of our development roadmap and maintain consistent accountability across teams. This role will supercharge our strategic efforts by owning tactical coordination, tracking day-to-day progress, and improving visibility on delivery.

As we refine our priorities and iterate on processes, we need a dedicated resource to :

• Keep product initiatives on track without overloading engineering.
• Keep engineering deliverables on track without overloading Product Lead.
• Provide real-time reporting on project velocity, risks, and blockers.
• Optimize tooling and workflows for transparency and efficiency.
• Act as the bridge between product, engineering, and customer support.

Roles and Responsibilities :

• Oversee roadmap initiatives and ensure priorities progress smoothly.
• Provide consistent status updates and flag risks in real-time.
• Manage cross-functional coordination between product, engineering, and customer support.
• Streamline tooling for improved tracking and delivery visibility.
• Coordinate with engineering and product to keep high-priority tasks on schedule and de-risk potential bottlenecks.
• Work with IT organization to streamline Product delivery tracking tooling.
• Provide quicker responsiveness and coverage for both internal and external queries.
• Identify recurring support issues that might require product or process changes, then feed those insights into the backlog.
• Coordinate resources if our capacity is stretched.
• Assist in defining “definition of done” and success metrics for both new features and high-priority fixes.
• Potentially assist with EU time zone coverage to improve response times.

Requirements :

• Mid-level individual contributor, capable of operating with minimal oversight.
• Comfortable with day-to-day project coordination and tracking progress at a granular level.
• Capable of turning raw data (velocity, burndown, capacity info) into actionable insights for leadership decisions.
• Can problem-solve on the fly and continuously refine processes.
