As a Data Analyst & Reporting Specialist, you will transform raw data into actionable insights that shape our business strategy and fuel innovation. Your expertise in data visualization, analytics, and automation will empower stakeholders across the organization to make informed decisions. Based in Palma de Mallorca (or remotely within Europe), you’ll collaborate with cross-functional teams to design cutting-edge PowerBI dashboards, streamline reporting processes, and uncover trends that drive commercial success. In this role you will :

As a Data Analyst & Reporting Specialist, you’ll bridge the gap between raw data and business strategy by delivering intuitive visualizations and scalable reporting solutions. You’ll partner with stakeholders to understand their needs, design impactful dashboards, and ensure data integrity across all outputs. Your work will involve analyzing large datasets, automating reporting processes, and staying ahead of industry trends to maintain our competitive edge. By fostering collaboration and championing data-driven decision-making, you’ll play a key role in advancing our mission.

Key Responsibilities

• Design and implement high-impact PowerBI dashboards that drive commercial value and align with business objectives.
• Translate complex data into clear, actionable insights through compelling visualizations and reports.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements and deliver tailored data solutions.
• Develop automated reporting frameworks to enhance efficiency and scalability.
• Ensure data accuracy and compliance while continuously refining visualization tools and processes.
• Analyze large datasets to identify trends, risks, and opportunities, providing actionable recommendations.
• Stay current with emerging trends in data visualization, analytics, and automation technologies.
• Partner with stakeholders to align reporting with strategic goals and deliver measurable value.

The skills we would love to see in your suitcase.

• Bachelor’s degree in a related field (e.g., Data Science, Business Analytics) or equivalent practical experience.
• 2+ years of hands-on experience with SQL, PowerBI, and large dataset analysis.
• Advanced proficiency in Excel; familiarity with Python, DAX, or Power Query is a plus.
• Expertise in data visualization and dashboard design, with a focus on clarity and user experience.
• Strong knowledge of the Power Platform suite (PowerApps, Power Automate).
• Exceptional attention to detail and a proactive approach to data accuracy and process improvement.
• Creative problem-solving skills and a passion for learning new technologies.
• Strong communication skills to convey insights to technical and non-technical audiences.
• Experience in automating workflows and optimizing reporting efficiency.
• Background in the travel, hospitality, or e-commerce industries.
• Familiarity with cloud-based data platforms (e.g., AWS, Azure).
