Job Description :

As a Media Buyer at ShiftPoint, you will play a pivotal role in driving our digital advertising strategies and maximizing the visibility of our products across various online platforms. You will be responsible for planning, executing, and optimizing media campaigns to ensure effective and efficient delivery of our message to the target audience.

Key Responsibilities :
  1. Strategy Development : Collaborate with the marketing team to develop comprehensive media strategies aligned with business goals. Conduct market research to identify trends, competitive landscape, and opportunities for growth.
  2. Campaign Planning and Execution : Manage ads inside Facebook, TikTok, Snapchat, and Google Business Manager. Set up campaigns, ad sets, and creatives. Ensure ads are creative and displayed appropriately.
  3. Data Analysis and Optimization : Monitor costs, return on investment (ROI), and performance. Implement A/B testing and other optimization techniques to maximize campaign ROI.
  4. Reporting and Client Communication : Build and deliver performance reports to clients. Set up monthly KPIs for the accounts and ensure KPIs are hit.
  5. Collaboration and Communication : Work closely with the creative team to develop compelling ad creatives that resonate with the target audience. Maintain strong relationships with media vendors and partners.
Qualifications :
  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Advertising, or a related field.
  • Proven experience in an e-commerce environment.
  • In-depth knowledge of digital advertising platforms, including Facebook, Snapchat, TikTok, and Google Business Manager.
  • Proficiency in testing new creatives, copies, and audiences.
  • Strong analytical skills and proficiency in data analysis tools.
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, results-oriented environment.
