Amazon Spain Fulfillment, S.L.U. is seeking an Area/Shift Manager to lead a large, diverse team and keep pace with demand. This hands-on role introduces you to the complexities of our global operations and how to keep every part of the process running smoothly.

You will focus on safety, productivity, and continuous improvement across shifts, collaborating with other managers and engineers to address challenges and meet customer targets.

Formación

• Completed university degree before the start date or graduated within the last 24 months.
• Advanced proficiency in written and verbal English and local language.
• Relevant experience in performing data analysis.

Responsabilidades

• Promote a culture of safety and wellbeing across shifts.
• Analyze and implement corrective actions to ensure quality and productivity meet business objectives.
• Support and lead a team and handle administrative work while building a strong team culture.
• Analyze performance and suggest process improvements to optimise work and customer service.
• Collaborate with other managers to standardise shift processes.
