Fuerte Group offers the Early Career / First Job Program in Marbella for graduates across Hospitality, Hotel Management, Tourism, Marketing, HR, Administration, Engineering or Architecture. This 6–12 month, on-site contract provides structured pathways, hands-on exposure and clear opportunities to launch your career.

You will gain aligned training, mentorship and tailored development, with pathways to permanent roles within Fuerte Group’s expanding portfolio, including Amàre Beach Hotel

Eligibility & Requirements

• Qualifications: Candidates must hold a University Degree, Master’s Degree, Intermediate/Higher Vocational Degree (Grado Medio/Superior), or an official Vocational Training Certificate.


• Eligibility Window: You must sign the training contract within 3 years of your graduation date (or within 5 years for candidates with a recognized disability).


• Contract Duration: Contracts last for a minimum of 6 months up to a maximum of 1 year.


• Work Preference: You must have the ability to work full-time on-site in Marbella.
