The British School of Barcelona (BSB) Maresme campus is seeking an English as an Additional Language (EAL) Teacher with leadership responsibilities to lead the Language Centre. You will deliver high-quality English language programmes and oversee day-to-day operations, admissions support, and family engagement.
You will assess proficiency, design targeted interventions, monitor progress, and work closely with families and staff.
The British School of Barcelona (BSB) is an HMC school judged outstanding in every area by a recent BSO inspection, including quality of education, safeguarding, pupil welfare and academic outcomes. In 2026 BSB will open a new state-of-the-art campus at Maresme, initially enrolling students from Nursery to Year 6 and expanding to Year 13 by 2028. We are seeking an EAL Teacher with additional responsibilities to join BSB Maresme as Language Centre Lead. The successful candidate will deliver high-quality English language programmes, oversee the day-to-day operation of the Language Centre, assess language proficiency, design targeted interventions, monitor progress and work closely with families and colleagues. The role also supports new student admissions, contributes to programme development and helps drive the continued growth of the Language Centre.
