The British School of Barcelona (BSB) Maresme campus is seeking an English as an Additional Language (EAL) Teacher with leadership responsibilities to lead the Language Centre. You will deliver high-quality English language programmes and oversee day-to-day operations, admissions support, and family engagement.

You will assess proficiency, design targeted interventions, monitor progress, and work closely with families and staff.

Formación

• TEFL, CELTA, Trinity TESOL, DELTA or equivalent English language teaching qualification.
• Significant experience delivering English language intervention programmes.
• Strong understanding of second language acquisition and language development.
• Experience assessing English proficiency and planning targeted interventions.
• Proven ability to communicate effectively with parents and stakeholders.

Responsabilidades

• Teach and deliver high-quality English language programmes to learners.
• Oversee the day-to-day operation of the Language Centre and monitor progress.
• Assist with admissions and family engagement as needed.
• Lead language centre growth, timetable enrolment and billing activities.
