The British School of Barcelona Maresme, part of Cognita, is recruiting an EAL Teacher with Additional Responsibilities to join the Maresme campus east of Barcelona. You will deliver high‑quality English language programmes, oversee the Language Centre, assess learners, design targeted interventions, monitor progress, and collaborate with families and staff to support student success.

• TEFL, CELTA, DELTA or equivalent English language teaching qualification.
• Significant experience delivering English language intervention programmes.
• Experience assessing English proficiency and planning targeted interventions.
• Experience communicating effectively with parents and stakeholders.

Responsabilidades

• Assess English language proficiency and learning needs.
• Deliver targeted EAL support for individuals and small groups.
• Track progress, maintain records, and adapt programmes.
• Oversee daily Language Centre operations and admissions support.
• Collaborate with families, staff and Admissions to ensure student success.
• Develop language programmes and KPI reports to drive growth.
