We are currently seeking a Supply Chain Project Engineer to join our Madrid office. As an IPS employee, you will participate actively in a diverse range of projects within an industrial setting, which may include multiple phases and specializations:

1. Strategic Consulting: project master planning, conceptual engineering
2. Project Feasibility: process description, plant layout, overall scheduling, procurement strategy, financial planning
3. Project Preparation: investment analysis, basic engineering, permitting, financing, procurement
4. Project Realization: detailed engineering, construction management, commissioning, operational management

About the Role: As a Supply Chain Project Engineer, you will be involved in:

• Supply chain projects in the Food Industry, Life Sciences, Chemical, Primary, or Building sectors
• Simulation projects for operational and logistics optimization using Anylogic and FlexSim software
• Supply chain study, analysis, and optimization
• Design, procurement, and supervision of warehousing and transportation implementations
• Digital audits to identify operational issues and strategize improvements

Who are you?

• Bachelor’s degree in Industrial Engineering or related field
• Master’s degree in supply chain management is a plus
• 2 to 5 years of experience in supply chain and logistics CAPEX projects
• Experience with simulation modeling using FlexSim, Anylogic, or similar software is advantageous
• Fluent in English; French is a plus
• Willingness to travel (20% to 60%) based on project needs
