Technical Sales Representative - Pharmaceutical Industry and Contamination Control

A leading company in innovative and high-quality solutions for the Pharmaceutical Industry, specializing in contamination control, microbiology, and process engineering, is seeking to hire a commercial expert in the sale of accessories and components for work in isolators and RABS.

Role Mission

Build customer trust to achieve sales objectives.

Main Responsibilities
  1. Manage the Central Zone (Catalonia, Levante, and Northern Spain).
  2. Develop clients in the pharmaceutical sector by identifying needs and offering tailored solutions.
  3. Technical sales of specialized products for clean rooms, material transfer, and accessories for isolators and RABS.
  4. Conduct commercial activities: phone calls, visits, project follow-ups, and technical inquiries.
  5. Product management: gradually take on the role of Product Manager, establishing relationships with suppliers, defining prices, and organizing training.
  6. Training and events: prepare and present workshops, presentations, and publications in collaboration with the marketing department.
  7. Collaborate with commercial administration, supply chain, and marketing teams to provide support.
Profile Requirements
  • Education: Degree in health sciences (chemistry, biology, pharmacy, biomedicine, biochemistry, microbiology, or similar).
  • Experience: 3-4 years in pharmaceutical sales and/or experience in clean rooms.
  • Industry Knowledge: Pharmaceutical industry and contamination control.
  • Valuable technical-commercial experience in the cosmetic/chemical/pharmaceutical sector.
  • Languages: Advanced Spanish and English.
  • Tools: Microsoft Office and CRM.
  • Key Skills: Ability to build customer trust, sales and results orientation, teamwork, active listening, and effective communication.
Working Conditions

Permanent full-time contract with flexible hours. Fixed + variable compensation (10% EBITDA + 25% product sales) + company car.

Extras: €500 for training + mobile + expense card.
