Who you are

You will lead XCEED’s growth in Iberia as Head of Partnerships, shaping nightlife and event tech in the region. You should be an experienced business development leader with a strong local network and understanding of the ecosystem, capable of leading sales and account management teams, driving growth, and forming strategic partnerships.

What will you do

  1. Lead and develop the Iberian sales and account management teams to achieve pipeline, acquisition, and revenue goals.
  2. Manage your pipeline, lead prospecting, proposals, negotiations, and closing deals.
  3. Promote a data-driven sales culture with CRM adoption, accurate forecasting, and performance tracking.
  4. Monitor market trends and competition to identify growth opportunities and product improvements.
  5. Collaborate with the CCO on growth strategies, and work cross-functionally with marketing, product, and operations to enhance customer experience.
  6. Coordinate marketing efforts on lead generation and segmentation strategies for Iberia.
  7. Represent XCEED at industry events to increase visibility and network in the region.

What we are looking for

  • 7+ years in business development and team management, preferably in ticketing, tech, music, or events.
  • Proven success in closing high-value deals and scaling operations in competitive markets.
  • Strong network and knowledge of the Iberian nightlife and events industry.
  • Experience with CRM systems (preferably Pipedrive), sales analytics, and performance metrics.
  • Excellent negotiation, leadership, and communication skills.
  • Entrepreneurial mindset with ability to operate autonomously in a fast-paced environment.
  • Fluent in Spanish and English; Portuguese is a plus.
