We are seeking a passionate, innovative, and motivated Talent Acquisition Specialist to join our team. In this role, you will collaborate with hiring managers to develop and implement comprehensive recruitment strategies, supporting our hiring goals and strengthening our workforce.
Main Responsibilities :
- Manage the entire recruitment process, designing strategies to attract active and passive candidates.
- Develop and execute talent attraction initiatives to engage top candidates.
- Conduct direct searches, headhunting, screening, and shortlisting candidates, including assessments such as interviews and language tests.
- Serve as a trusted advisor to the business on talent acquisition matters.
- Coordinate and negotiate relocation allowances for international hires.
- Maintain and update job descriptions to reflect current needs.
- Work with hiring managers to plan recruitment needs and identify key talent for retention.
- Partner with educational institutions on employer branding efforts.
- Ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment process.
- Continuously improve recruitment processes by adopting best practices.
Assessment Criteria :
- Education : Degree in Labor Relations, Human Resources, Law, Psychology, or related fields. A Master’s degree in Human Resources is advantageous.
- Languages : Fluent in Spanish and English; additional languages are a plus.
- Experience : Over 3 years in talent acquisition within Life Sciences companies; experience in recruitment agencies or headhunting is valued.
- Skills : Proficiency with job boards and LinkedIn Recruiter tools.
- Strong management and communication skills to build trusted relationships.
