Our Cybersecurity department is vital to our focus on secure payment solutions. You will collaborate cross-functionally to ensure secure pathways, compliance, and best security practices. Job Purpose

The Cyber Security Analyst will work within the Security team, aligning with company policies and regulatory requirements. Responsibilities include monitoring threats, managing vulnerabilities, ensuring compliance, responding to incidents, and contributing to security awareness initiatives to strengthen our cybersecurity posture.

Key Responsibilities

1. Monitor and Analyze Security Alerts: Continuously monitor security alerts using tools like Microsoft 365 Security Center, analyze threats, and respond promptly.
2. Vulnerability Management: Conduct assessments and perform remediation.
3. Security Policies and Procedures: Implement and maintain security policies, ensuring compliance with industry standards and regulations.
4. Compliance-Driven Security: Ensure security measures meet regulatory requirements, supporting ongoing compliance programs.
5. Security Awareness & Training: Develop initiatives to improve cybersecurity awareness among employees.
6. Security Incident Response: Lead investigations, coordinate responses, and develop incident response plans.

Position Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Cybersecurity, IT, or related field.
• Minimum 3 years of relevant experience.
• Experience in security monitoring, vulnerability management, and incident response.
• Self-motivated, proactive, and able to work independently remotely.
• Excellent communication skills and teamwork ability.
• Familiarity with Microsoft 365 security products is a plus.
• Proficiency in English is mandatory.
