Job Description : Ready to join one of our Graduate Programs in Spain?

AIRBUS offers more than 60 vacancies for our full-time graduate program in Spain - #DISCOVER II 2025 / 2026 - Starting date October 1st 2025.

We are looking for recent graduates (#Graduates_Spain) from different disciplines interested in developing their professional career in the aeronautical sector. The current context demands different ways of looking, thinking, and relating.

What does this internship consist of?

Together with Camilo José Cela University, Airbus has developed an exclusive program (#DISCOVER) designed for those interested in the best training in new areas of knowledge essential to develop as professionals of the future.

You will have the opportunity to study a Master, organized in three training blocks, that will allow you to DISCOVER the skills most in demand today. It will be combined with an 11-month internship at Airbus in an area related to your degree, where you can learn and complete your academic background.

The start of the internship will be in early October 2025 and will last 11 months (August disabled for all purposes). It is a full-time experience (40h / week), in which you will receive an attractive study grant.

Internship Job Description :

AIRBUS Technologies Development & Partnerships is looking for a self-motivated and executive contributor to the future aerospace, committed to leading the decarbonization of aviation.

This work will provide the applicant with insights into current challenges in the Engineering organization, involving collaborative projects with public funding.

After this professional journey, the applicant will gain experience in project management, finance, consortia governance, and stakeholder management, including interactions with international and external companies, alongside a broad understanding of the aviation decarbonization mission.

The applicant will support the Technologies Managers :

• Ensuring partnership governance, tracking planning, R&O, deliverables, and financial control over projects.
• Improving and implementing project management and development processes across the R&T community.
• Scouting new technological trends and potential partners :
• Identifying disruptive technologies in zero emissions, advanced manufacturing, artificial intelligence, and simulation.
• Keeping up to date with new tendencies and techniques applicable to project management roles.

This role covers a wide portfolio of innovative developments, making it both challenging and rewarding.
