Formación

About the role :

You are a passionate sales professional that will go the extra mile to engage with your prospects, understand their needs, propose value, and convince them to take the professional development in their organizations to the next level. This is a crucial role at Speexx; we are writing the first chapters and we are looking for new main characters.

What you'll do :

Your main goal is clear: Win as many new customers as possible. For that you will need to:

  • Research, engage and lead the whole acquisition process with potential new clients (Lead to New Client).
  • Use all known prospecting initiatives at hand (Calls, LinkedIn, e-mail, automation emailing, and beyond).
  • Keep a healthy pipeline and master CRM hygiene.
  • You will be responsible for carrying your own quota.
  • Make data-driven decisions to improve your results.
  • Work closely with the international Speexx New Business team.
  • Provide feedback (prospect needs, industry trends, market perception, competitive intelligence, etc.) to both management and the company's marketing team.
  • Report on results and hit and exceed key metrics.

What we’re looking for :

  • A university degree in economics or business-related area or similar background.
  • 2+ years of experience working in a similar role within the SMB scope, preferably in a SaaS / Software / digital environment.
  • Knowledge of Consultative selling and relationship-building techniques within Sales Process.
  • Proven records of hitting and exceeding quotas in the past.
  • Ability to work in a fast-moving B2B business environment.
  • Excellent quantitative skills and an analytical, data-driven mindset, as well as a passion for testing, analyzing, and iterating.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office package, social media, and CRM.
  • Understanding and working with data-driven prospecting campaigns is a great plus.
  • You are a good team player.
  • English native level or similar (additional languages are a plus).
