Descripción del empleo

Act as the primary point of contact for the customer regarding services & projects.

Identify and track the availability of consultants and subcontractors.

Provide real-time project management and reporting on all assigned projects.

Offer ongoing engagement guidance to internal delivery teams and subcontractors.

Forecast revenue and costs for assigned projects.

Ensure project delivery aligns with the scope of work and financial targets.

Provide revenue and cost waterfall figures for assigned projects.

Properly close projects with customers and internal teams.

Monitor and report on customer satisfaction.

Hold Prince2 / PMP or equivalent certification.

Have expert knowledge of Microsoft Project and Microsoft Office.

Possess knowledge of other project management tools.

Manage customer relationships, including commercial responsibilities and scope control.

Define and own the delivery methodology for projects.

Prioritize a heavy workload to meet short-term and long-term objectives.

Manage complex projects requiring negotiation and conflict resolution skills.

Demonstrate ability to analyze and interpret data to communicate business initiatives with internal teams and customers.

Proficiency in 2-3 languages (Italian, Spanish, or French).
