Sales & Procurement Manager: in for Fruit & Vegetables (m / f / d) – Spain

• Maintain existing producer relationships and develop new partnerships.
• Provide intensive customer care, conduct price negotiations, and perform calculations.
• Observe the market consistently and analyze competitors.
• Visit suppliers and customers regularly.
• Contribute successfully to sales and profit targets.
• Handle administrative processing of orders and logistics.
• Experience in the food sector, ideally with fruit and vegetables.
• Proficient in MS Office; MS Dynamics NAV desirable.
• Exhibit confident communication, negotiation skills, and decisiveness.
• Demonstrate diplomatic skills, persuasiveness, and tenacity.
• Show flexibility, initiative, and team spirit.
