Job Title: Full REMOTE Quality Assurance Engineer

For an international organization in New York, we are urgently looking for a Full REMOTE Quality Assurance Engineer with over 3 years of experience in UI test automation using Selenium with C#/.NET. Candidates should be willing to work at least 50% during New York business hours.

Requirements:

• Fluent in English
• Reside in Europe

Tasks and Responsibilities:

1. Act as a QA focal point for development teams, communicating with the Quality Assurance Team.
2. Support QA services and help improve their effectiveness.
3. Create, execute, automate, and manage test cases and plans for existing and new systems.
4. Support software development and deployment by testing applications, following established standards.
5. Participate in specification, design, automation, and support of application systems from a QA perspective.
6. Draft technical documentation, including test cases and user stories.
7. Maintain test and functional specifications for systems and programs.
8. Prepare reports, correspondence, and team contributions.
9. Stay updated on QA developments and propose new tools or methods.
10. Perform other duties as assigned.

Profile:

• Master's or Bachelor's degree.
• Over 3 years of practical experience in software QA for medium-large teams.
• Over 3 years of experience developing Test Automation Frameworks or automated testing suites.
• Over 3 years of experience managing test code with SCM tools and integrating testing with build tools like Azure DevOps.
• Over 1 year of experience with git source control, including branching and pull requests.
• Over 3 years of experience with UI test automation using Selenium with C#/.NET.
• Desirable: experience with Gherkin syntax, Prince2 projects, testing applications in Microsoft Azure Cloud.
• Fluent in English.
