Customer Care Project Support Officer - VIE Contract

iMove, the Sanofi VIE Program, is available to citizens of the European Economic Area (EU + Norway, Liechtenstein, and Iceland) aged between 18 and 28.

Your role as Customer Care Project Support Officer VIE within our Manufacturing and Supply team will be to support the iShift Program by:

  • Designing standardized end-to-end processes to generate business value for the Group and deliver best-in-class collaborative solutions to our Customers.
  • Delivering innovative, state-of-the-art tools and processes enabling Supply Chain as a Global Function.
  • Securing Customer Care functionalities in the SHIFT program and ensuring consistency of business and IT architecture.

Main responsibilities:
  • Support and coordinate business-related activities for the implementation of the iShift program, processes, and tools according to the roadmap, timelines, and overall program guidelines.
  • Provide support for designing and implementing core standardized processes within SAP S/4HANA focused on Customer Service processes (such as order taking, acceptance, fulfillment, delivery, invoicing, claims, and returns management).
  • Collaborate during project phases to ensure testing, training, cutover, and Hypercare support during roll-out, following the RACI matrix.
  • Support scoping during deployments, perform gap analysis, define solutions, develop training approaches, and maintain training documentation (e.g., key business rules, process maps, training materials). Ensure localization needs are identified to align with the core model, promote process improvements, and report progress to management.
  • Identify human and organizational change impacts and collaborate with change management teams to organize actions.

Education:
  • Master’s Degree in Business, Supply Chain Management, Economics, or related fields.
Languages:
  • Fluent in English; Spanish knowledge is a plus.
