Client : A leading data management organization
Responsibilities :
- Act as the primary point of contact for the customer regarding services & projects.
- Identify and track consultant and subcontractor availability.
- Provide real-time project management and reporting on all assigned projects.
- Offer ongoing engagement direction to internal delivery resources and subcontractors.
- Provide revenue and cost forecasts for the assigned projects.
- Ensure project delivery aligns with the scope of work and financial targets.
- Provide revenue and cost waterfall figures for the assigned projects.
- Properly close projects with customers and internal teams.
- Address risks and issues promptly with appropriate plans.
- Monitor and report on customer satisfaction.
- Ensure consistent internal consultant utilization according to targets.
- Collaborate with the technical delivery team to assign appropriate resources aligned with the scope of work.
Qualifications & Skills :
- Prince2 / PMP or equivalent certification.
- Expert knowledge of Microsoft Project and Microsoft Office; familiarity with other project management tools.
- Ability to learn and implement industry best practices.
- Experience managing customer relationships, including commercial responsibility and scope control.
- Define and own the delivery methodology for projects.
- Adaptability to new and varied situations.
- Establish and maintain strong working relationships across teams.
- Prioritize heavy workloads to meet objectives.
- Manage stakeholder expectations with conflicting priorities.
- Influence peers and leadership effectively.
- Manage complex projects requiring negotiation and conflict resolution skills.
- Handle change orders with customer stakeholders.
- Diagnose and assess risks and value related to engagement issues.
- Interpret and manipulate data to support business initiatives.
- Highly detail-oriented with strong organizational skills.
- Proficiency in 2-3 languages (Italian, Spanish, or French).
