Are you a passionate Data Consultant? We have an exciting opportunity to lead and empower a multicultural team!

Data Consultants are responsible for communication with the departments and the users, serving as first-level contact as part of the platform organization.

You will have support from the entire team in various workshops and activities to be carried out with each of the clients until we achieve complete onboarding of the data in the catalog.

TASKS

  1. Provide first-level consulting for platform usage:
  2. Answer questions from customers from IT units or Business. Technical questions (connections, security, missing connectors, etc.) can be escalated to the Operations Team if they cannot be resolved directly.
  3. Utilize analytical and documentation skills to suggest process improvements and share client feedback.
  4. Use Ticketing and Incident Management tools for 1st Level Support.
  5. Handle requests: approximately 70% related to information or knowledge gaps about CDC, 30% technical topics.
  6. Report on KPIs related to contribution per department and onboarding status.

Support onboarding activities within business units by:

  1. Conducting workshops to introduce CDC and explain onboarding steps.
  2. Supporting, guiding, and resolving impediments throughout the process.
  3. Ensuring compliance with documentation guidelines.
  4. Having knowledge of different database types (Cloud & On-Premise).
  5. Creating training sessions and FAQs for users.
  6. Collaborating with service desk and DDX teams.

Coordinate closely with internal and external stakeholders, nationally and internationally (e.g., MS, IT, RD):

  1. Communicate effectively with involved units.
  2. Align with Divisions and Data Management/policies.

Qualifications include:

  • University degree in data & analytics, maths, physics, IT, engineering, or demonstrated interest and basic skills in these areas.

Experience and knowledge required:

  • Enthusiasm for new technologies and ability to inspire customers.
  • Technical knowledge in Big Data.
  • Experience with corporate data and branding.
  • Knowledge of Agile Methodology.
  • Experience in Data and Analytics management.
  • Experience with cross-functional projects.
  • Interest in IT and initial experience in data management and modeling.
  • Basic understanding of IT architecture.
  • Strong intercultural skills and teamwork ability.
  • Analytical and strategic thinking.
  • Resilience and ability to handle pressure.
  • Customer-oriented mindset.
  • Organized, disciplined, and reliable.

Location : FULL REMOTE

Schedule : Flexible, with a Friday intensive.
