As Chapter Lead and Product Manager for the BestSecret SAP S/4HANA Fashion Management solution in the Master Data Management (Governance) domain, you will be responsible for enabling and guiding the design and development of integrated solutions that meet current and future business needs.

Your Responsibilities

1. Maintain recognized expert knowledge in Master Data Management domains and provide definitive advice.
2. Design and develop the roadmap for the current S/4HANA Digital Core solution and oversee the delivery of planned solutions, ensuring integration with peripheral systems.
3. Promote best practices in Master Data Governance within the organization and support process and organizational development to align with the business model.
4. Assess emerging technologies and external environment to evaluate potential impacts, threats, and opportunities for the organization.
5. Contribute to lean solution architecture development, review software and data models to ensure security and scalability in line with IT governance standards.
6. Manage stakeholder expectations regarding solution delivery, process alignment, and technology development to support business queries and continuous improvement.
7. Recruit, allocate resources, and mentor team members, demonstrating natural leadership and resource management skills.

Your Qualifications

1. Operational experience in SAP S/4HANA MDM with in-depth knowledge of core data objects such as Retail Article Master, Business Partner, Site, Seasons, Listing & Assortment, and data distribution methods.
2. Strong understanding of tech and business processes in SAP cross-functional master data management.
3. Experience in SAP Retail or Fashion solutions; prior projects in retail, e-commerce, or fashion industry are a plus.
4. Proven experience in functional consulting with a process-oriented mindset.
5. Experience in product-led solution environments.
6. Excellent communication skills with the ability to articulate ideas effectively to stakeholders.
