What are we looking for?

We are seeking a Learning and Development Manager for Iberia, responsible for shaping and implementing the local strategic L&D plan in Iberia (Spain and Portugal). The role involves maximizing resource efficiencies across Ricoh EMEA, fostering the right learning culture to support strategic goals, driving the EMEA digital learning transformation within the LDC, and managing a team in Spain.

What do you need?

• Degree or advanced degree in HR, Learning & Development, Organizational Development, or a related field, or equivalent experience.
• Proven evidence of ongoing professional development.
• Availability to travel occasionally as required by the role.
• High proficiency in English (C1), Portuguese is a plus.
• Senior experience in L&D within IT or Tech companies, focusing on:
• Business alignment and capability gap analysis
• L&D Planning and Resource Management
• Strategic Leadership and Service Provision
• Budget Management and FUNDAE Compliance
• LMS optimization and KPI Management
• Driving Digital Transformation in Learning
• Design and Development of L&D Programs
• Facilitation and Coaching
• Evaluation and Continuous Improvement
