With a team of about 10,000 employees across 60 cities in Europe, adesso is one of the leading IT providers in the German-speaking market. For the office of adesso Spain, we are seeking a skilled Back-end Developer to join our international team, demonstrating strong problem-solving skills and a proactive approach to client interactions.

Responsibilities:

The candidate will join the client project development team with the primary mission of building robust, secure, and scalable web applications.

Work Location & Travel:

This position involves working remotely, at the client's office in Barcelona, with occasional travel to Germany every 2-3 months.

Required Skills:

• Deep knowledge of microservices architecture.
• Proficiency in Java, Spring Framework (Spring Boot, Spring Security, Spring Data, Spring Cloud), and unit testing (JUnit, Mockito).
• Knowledge of DevOps tools and cloud ecosystems (Docker, Kubernetes, AWS).
• Experience with Agile methodologies such as Scrum and Kanban.
• Effective communication skills in English and Spanish; German is a plus.
